Using go2 with thumbturn cylinder

Hi all
I would like to use my thumbturn (knob) cylinder with a tedee go2.
what i like about the go2 is the fact the the hole on the back seem to help my goal
I intend to remove the thumbturn and expose the cylinder under it (see pic below) and then 3D print something that will allow me to to push the go2 as deep as possible, hopefully over the printed adpater. I would like to print something that will go over the golden 10mm long part of my exposed cylinder (see pic below)
for this I would need to get some messearments like:

  1. the diameter of the holeon the back
  2. the depth of the hole in the back
  3. the thickness of the “key wings” hole on the back
  4. the depth of the “key wings” hole on the back
    can someone assist?
also, if someone already did a print for this and can share or tried it already it would be nice to know
    thanks!
    my cylinder exposed:

to add to this. what I would like to print is something like:

this is why I need the messearments of the hole and its wings on the back
thanks!
