Tedee Pro - DormaKaba Adapter with Centre Spindle

I designed an adapter for the DormaKaba MS2602 Mortice lock. The closes adapter that would work with my door without drilling a bigger hole is the Nordic adapter but its spindle is off centre the mounting screws are also closer together.

This is a drop in replacement for the round rose thumb turn found on many new Australia apartment doors. You unscrew your round rose cover, replace the adapter and screw the cover back on.

I designed this of technical drawings so I am unsure if this would actually work.

Anyone with Tedee Pro please share your comments?

PS: I think It may even be possible to remove the brass spindle from the Nordic adapter and use it in my design instead of the plastic one.

My door lock thumb turn only requires 45deg turn to lock the door. I was told by a local distributor that the Tedee Pro can not be programmed unless I use the special Australian Mortice Lock adapter? @Konrad is this true?

I though you set the lock limits but turning it to locked position then to unlocked - why would the above adaptor not work?

Yes, the lock is calibrating by setting the locked and unlocked positions. There may be edge cases where the lock cannot complete those operations on certain lock mechanisms. For example, if the locked/unlocked position is calibrated on the end of the lock movement.

Does the Tedee Go2 configure the same way?

The tedee GO is calibrated in the same way.

I would not say that your adapter definitely will not work. It may work, but there can be some edge cases where it does not. Unfortunately, based on the information here, I cannot say for sure whether it will work in your specific setup. Still, I think it is worth checking in practice
