I’ve been using Auto Unlock on my Tedee PRO since I installed it and it was always spot on with unlocking as I was walking closer to the door. Since the latest firmware release, it’s taking longer for the Auto Unlock to complete. Leaving me standing at the door for a few seconds while I wait for it to unlock. Sometimes it’s just quicker to use the fingerprint reader to unlock.
Anyone else experience this new delay?
Could you share your Mobile OS and app version?
Hi, I’m using an iPhone Air on iOS 26.2 and the Tedee app is version 1.235.0
I have the same problem: since the update, I have to wait up to 30 seconds before the door opens. The previous update also caused a deterioration of Auto Unlock.

Please watch your language as such words can trigger anxiety and flashbacks to a terrible time that is best forgotten. 
That was also intended. I’ve also been damaged by Nuki and know what kind of junk it is. It’s supposed to spur the support here… 
Auto-Unlock is totally crazy for me since the update: Either I wait in front of the door, or the door opens when I drive the car to the house (about 15 m).
In the app, one data connection is shown as fast and the other as slow…
I installed the latest update this morning so I’ll see how that one goes. I don’t have the bridge but I do have the keyboard pro so it’s not a deal breaker for me.
I live in a flat and the lift is about 3 metres from my door. If I come out the lift I usually hear the lock open as I approach. But this is when I sometimes have to wait for it to connect.
If I walk up the stairs I get the notification that the lock unlocked when I’m one floor below so it’s always unlocked when I get to the door. It’s a longer distance so more time to connect.
Hopefully this new update may improve things. I never had an issue before the changes in the last update. 
Which update (version) do you mean? I got yesterday one for my bridge, but all is the same. Auto unlock in the house (inside geofence) doesn’t connect to the Pro anymore. It says, I had open the door and interrupt Auto unlock. Second is waiting… waiting… Tedee, you know, what happened with Nuki?? 
It’s 2.4.45618 showed up in the app this morning.
Okay, I have to wait for it…
