Loss of Account = Loss of Home System?

Hi.
We got 3 Tedee GO and a bridge to go along with the two running locks. The system was set up by my GF on her old smartphone, which she sadly lost. On this phone, she created an account without using an email address and we cannot reclaim the account. However, I was made administrator on all devices before that and could just add her new account (WITH an email) to all the devices, thus enabling us to keep using the locks and the bridge (which is necessary, as tbf the locks bluetooth compatibility is utter trash and you need to stand with the app opened directly in front of the door for 20-30 seconds before the lock connects and you get to go inside - an oldschool key is faster).

Now however, at some point we needed to fix one of the locks and after months of trying we opted to just replace it with lock number 3. This new lock, ofcourse, has another owner, as the old owner-account is unavailable. Therefore, the bridge is not able to connect to it.

The problem is here: without the owner, we do not seem to be able to remove a device from the system. I tried to instead factory reset the remaining lock under the old owner to get it removed. Now it still shows up, asks for reactivation (in the form of adding the lock once again) but after scanning the QR code it of course says that it already belongs to the system.

Any insights? Thanks a lot.
Valerian.
