We are currently testing a Tedee connected lock with a bridge of the same brand.
We are experiencing difficulties with the use of the Tedee API on the bridge. It works for a few seconds before stopping to authorize connections.
Here are the actions we take when we encounter the anomaly:
- We plug in the bridge and connect it to the network.
- We can find it on the network successfully.
- After 10 to 30 seconds, the device no longer allows connection. It is therefore no longer possible to use it, either via the browser or through an API call.
Could someone help us identify the root cause of the issue, so we can resolve it?
