Keypad pro does not connect to internet anymore

Was locked out last night as the keypad didn’t function. It seems that it does not connect to the internet although the distance is very close (the lock is connected). I’ve noticed that the battery was reported to be 60%. Firmware 1.0.40599

I’ll replace the batteries as a first check.

Btw: notifications are enabled

Update: new batteries made it to work again (‘remember the old batteries reported to be 60%)

same here - I wasn‘t locked out, but my daughter was: I opened the door for her and went out and tried it myself, Keypad Pro didn‘t work.

Accessing GO2 lock directly through the app was ok, after that Keypad worked again.

I just had yesterday the same problem. Last week It stopped working while the battery status was 60%. I’d replace them with new fresh batteries and everything started to work flawless. Yesterday it stopped working again. I’ve noticed that it didn’t connect to the internet even after allowing the batteries to be swapped. This functionality was the main reason to acquire your pro product
