Issues with dry contact

Hi,

I’m installing the dry contact, but it doesn’t work. When I connect IN1 to COM, nothing happens.

The dry contact does recognize the lock state (red or green LED), but IN1 and IN2 do not trigger anything. Changing the configuration doesn’t help.

Does anyone know what else I can try?

Hi, please send us the wiring diagram of your setup. What do you mean by “when I connect IN to COM…”? You have to connect the signal to IN1. Please refer to the manual.
