Hi, new here! Wondering what specific ports or other means are to be set in my firewalled domain to make it functional. The standard modem works ok hence it’s to do with my restricted domain like ports .

Thanks Konrad on the protocols. I have another question: the new door sensor is installed and calibrated success fully. The sensor cycles between disconnected connecting and connected …although the bridge is very close to it. I would expect this to be always connected hence always obtaining a correct reporting from the sensor. The door reporting in the lock settings reports disconnected without changing status.
