Tedee GO key not popping back in

Hey all!

I have had a PRO for over 3 years and no issues, I can open the door using app or key and all works great with the api.

With GO I have some challenges from day 1.

I am using gerda teddee ready key.

  1. I get no notification if door is opened using real key.
  2. if opened using the key, tedee has a problem to pop it’s key back in, push on the button makes it flash red and wiggle a bit and eventually it gets into place
  3. when it’s locked it has to be carefully positioned (notch up) otherwise key can’t be used on the outside to either lock or unlock

Anyone had similar issues with tedee go?
