Option to Delay Auto unlock

Hello, my tedee auto unlocks to fast, the latch gets pulled as I am still walking up the stairs. Is there the option to delay the unlock? Cheers

Same here. Getting out of the car and unlock and pull already started. When I get to the door the pull has already stopped.

Io ho questo problema ancora oggi, marzo 2026 tedee go2, ho risolto aumentando il tempo di pull spring, ma non sempre è sufficiente, la porta si apre che sono in ascensore, oltre al fatto che non vorrei che la porta restasse aperta così a lungo. Soluzioni?

La go2 l’ho installata la settimana scorsa.

Si possono implementare 3 azioni della serratura:

  • Blocco
  • Sblocco
  • Pull spring (indipendentemente se la serratura sia bloccata o sbloccata)

In questo modo sarebbe più facile il controllo vocale con alexa/google/gemini/siri

I still have this problem today, March 2026 tedee go2, I solved it by increasing the pull spring time, but it is not always enough, the door opens when I am in the elevator, in addition to the fact that I would not like the door to remain open for so long.

Solutions?

I installed the go2 last week.

3 lock actions can be implemented:

  • Block

  • Unlocking

  • Pull spring (regardless of whether the lock is locked or unlocked)

This way it would be easier to voice control with alexa/google/gemini/siri
