Hello, Do you have plans to support the Matter (previously known as Project CHIP)? If yes, will it be a software update for the bridge or completely new device? Do you see any pros in Matter support or nothing will change?
Matter is definitely important move for Smart Home and we want to be part of this. Now we cannot tell you when and which device will support it. We actively monitor this standard and when it be publicly available will see how we can use it.

Any information/ETA on a matter availability to Tedee GO ? This could be the deciding factor between Tedee GO and Nuki for Christmas. Tedee GO is more appealing but matter is a requirement for me. Thanks

Do you have any information about the promised integration of Matter via Thread? We hear absolutely nothing about this topic and i think many users have bought the Tedee GO because Matter was promised. Can you at least give a rough timetline when we can expect the integration? I’ve heard that there was supposed to be information at the end of January, but thats now 3 weeks ago. I would really appreciate to hear something about this topic. Thanks & Best regards Thomas

@Kaktus 317: Exactly my sense of humor But unfortunately true… I don’t understand why no information is given. Now the first quarter of the year is almost over and we still hear nothing while the competition has already selling smart Locks with Matter support… It’s not about the fact that the implementation is delayed. That may have its reasons. I’s more about the fact that they are giving no answers / official information. If they would at least say something like “We’re sorry, but we’re still working on it”, but not even that happens. This gives the impression that Tedee is no longer following the integration at all. It’s really frustrating…
Was ist denn jetzt mit Matter?? Ich überlege schon von tedee zu einem anderen Anbieter zu wechseln, weil ich mir inzwischen veräppelt vorkomme. Habe ein tedee Go und Nix passiert, heute kam ein Update 2.0.23018, hatte gehofft das es matter ist… aber
Du kommst dir jetzt veräppelt vor? Wann ist das Go rausgekommen? Announced Sept. 2022 und Release April 2023 oder so, also gerade mal 12 Monate. Das Keypad hat ein Release von Anfang 2022 und immer noch nicht die Funktionen, welche Tedee damals versprochen hat. Aktuell wird gar kommuniziert, dass man es nicht kaufen solle, wenn man diese Funktion haben möchte, da man nicht wisse ob und wann die Funktion kommt. Und da verlierst du nach 12 Monaten bereits die Geduld? Möchtest du Matter, kaufe ein anderes Schloß. Was anderes kann man dir bei dem Verhalten von Tedee aktuell wirklich nicht raten.

I was under the impression that Tedee-go would receive Matter integration by the end of 2023. Is this feature no longer planned?
While I understand delays can happen, transparency about such changes is appreciated. My decision to purchase the Tedee-go and the latest Google Nest Hub was heavily influenced by the promised Matter integration.
Perhaps offering a discount on the Tedee Bridge could be a way to compensate Tedee-go customers for this change.
