In the app, the door sensor no longer lets me select the door open notification and is always stuck at 20 minutes even though I set it to 10 minutes. If I log out and back into the app, it stays at 20 minutes. If I deactivated it and then re-enter the app, it’s always on and set to 20 minutes. Is it possible to fix this?

The logs from the app will help our support team to investigate the problem (Menu→Help→Share app logs). I understand you are refering to the lock settings?
