Activity log stopped

Hi. Today activity log in the app stopped updating. The app and the lock work ok otherwise. Just the events don’t get added to the list. How can I fix it?

After half a day it restarted without me doing anything and it updated all the missing activities since yesterday. I suppose this is some kind of a bug.

And later PINs stopped working in the app - they failed to refresh so it was even impossible to read pins already assigned. This is quite a problem when managing the lock remotely.
I restarted the hub and everything returned to normal.
Can I submit this as a support issue? How to do it?
I think it makes the remote use quite risky now.
