Right now the BLE API is fairly limited. That makes it not very worthwhile to use and integrate into other systems. I propose then for that API to be extended and gain more functionality. As a start it would be nice if it would be possible to configure various parameters of the lock, like the auto-lock function and its timeout, the function of the button press, etc. My guess is that it would not take that much work, since some version of that API has to be already in use by the Tedee app and bridge, as they communicate with the lock over Bluetooth.
