Is it possible to configure the minimum PIN length to 4 digits? Background: Our garage doors use a 4 digit PIN but the garage door with the Tedee keypad uses a 5 digit PIN. Both PINs should be the same!
Hi Peter. It’s not possible, I’m afraid. Due to security reason, the PIN code must be 5 digits long minimum.
