Hello I need help, my Tedde Lock with the app and the keypad never open at the first attempt, for example in the keypad I need to put the code two times, the first time Don’t open the door. What to do? Thank you in advance.

I have the same issue using Tedee Keyboard pro.  
I have to scan my finger up to 4 times, even each scanning shows green led (finger recognized) but lock making a short bzzz and stays locked

Hi, finally I have solved it Making a new calibration of the lock. Try it, maybe can also work with you.
